With the aim of countering educational inequalities and fostering the social
inclusion of girls and boys, YOLK™ nurtures the leisure time of the youngest
children with new opportunities for growth.
In recent years, YOLK™ has been working on building non formal educational
contexts by offering free afternoon and summer activities.
This type of intervention not only involves young people by offering them
stimulation and valuable experiences, but also offers concrete help to
families and the entire territorial community.
It is of primary importance in contexts where material possibilities are
lacking, to be able to count on third sector organizations that, also through
public/private collaboration, offer experiences of growth in extracurricular
time.

ACCESS TO EDUCATION MUST BE EQUAL FOR ALL

GROW YOLK WAY means growing in terms of knowledge and experience, so
that new paths and vistas toward self–actualization may open up.
In Rome we work in the Torpignattara and Centocelle neighborhoods, which
are strongly multiethnic, where alongside citizens belonging to older Roman
generations, mostly foreigners live. The presence of different ethnicities
represents a very important value.
